After nearly 16 years of repairing cars from the garage, founder Jared decided to take the leap into opening Campbell Auto Repair. But this time not as a one-man band, but as a family run business alongside his closest friends and family. We do a thorough check on each vehicle brought to us. We check all of the major systems and include a write-up of detailed diagnostics. We want to take care of our customers, so we make things right by guaranteeing parts and labor for one year from the maintenance date. No for several reasons, and here’s why.

The first reason is that customer-supplied parts don’t come with the same warranties as the parts we’re able to order from our shop.

Second, since we didn’t buy the part or guarantee where the part was manufactured, we ran the risk of the part not working. When that happens, you’ve already spent money on the part plus hiring us for the labor. If the part doesn’t work or last, you have to buy that part a second time and have us install it again.

While it doesn’t always appear to be more economically friendly, having us order parts and install them does save you potential financial loss and time. Plus, our parts come with guarantees for up to one year, and oftentimes we can supply parts with lifetime warranties. Before ordering any parts, please bring your car by for our vehicle safety inspection so we can give you estimates upfront.

Yes. We have a text system that keeps you informed the entire duration of the time your vehicle is with us. We send messages when we start your initial vehicle safety inspection, when the vehicle safety inspection report is ready to view, when we’ve started working on your car, and when your car is ready for pickup. We want you to always know what stage we’re at, which is why we use our text system to keep you informed.

We do not offer in-house roadside assistance, but if you need towing or roadside assistance, please call us and we’ll call a trusted reference and send a tow truck out to you ASAP.
