1. Call Us: From general auto repair to needing us to diagnose that mysterious rat-a-tat-tat noise, we’ll get all the details and VIN number to get you on the books.
2. Inspect: Once we have your vehicle, we’ll do a comprehensive vehicle safety inspection and send you a full detailed report. The report will highlight what’s working well, what may need attention soon, and what requires immediate repair. Plus, it has pictures.
3. Approve: From there, you can approve or decline services with just a tap of your screen, or give us a call if you have questions. You can also view third-party financing options with your estimate, so you can pay now or pay later. It’s not often you can find auto repair shops with financing options.
4. Repair: Our team gets to work and keeps you informed every step of the way. You’ll always know what’s going on so there are no surprises.
5. Pick-Up Your Vehicle: We’ll give you the complete rundown of the repairs we made, warranties included, and a timeline for any future preventative maintenance.

Can I drop off my car outside of business hours?
Yes we offer an after-hours drop-off option. Just leave your car in the parking lot, fill out our intake form at the door, and drop off the form and your keys in the mail slot. We’ll get in touch first thing when we’re open.
What if I need to reschedule my appointment?
Things happen, we get it. Please call and we’ll get you rescheduled to the next earliest appointment slot.
How do I find my car’s VIN number?
It’s pretty simple. All you need is to stand next to your car and look at the bottom of the driver’s side windshield. You’ll see a 17 digit number, which is your car’s VIN number.
Do you always provide vehicle safety inspections?
Yes, we always do a vehicle safety inspection on each car that comes to our shop. We want to make sure that you know of any potentially dangerous or future maintenance you may need, alongside your general auto repair. Nobody enjoys spending more time than they need to at the auto shop, so we do our best to catch any issues quickly and prematurely.
